Why do you charge a diagnostic fee?
It pays for a licensed tech’s time to find the real cause. It’s waived whenever you go ahead with the repair, and members never pay it.
Do prices go up at night or on weekends?
No. The flat rate is the same 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — 0% for 12 months on installs over $1,000, subject to approval, through our lending partner.
