An Austin family business since 2011

One van, one plumber and a promise to quote the price first. Fifteen years later we run 32 vans — and the promise hasn’t changed.

Our story

Built on the jobs other companies wouldn’t quote

Marcus Reyes started FixRight after watching neighbours get hit with surprise invoices. The idea was simple: publish prices, show up on time and leave the house cleaner than we found it.

Today our plumbers and electricians are employees, not subcontractors. They train every Thursday morning in our Montopolis shop, drive stocked vans and are paid for quality — not upsells.

What we stand for

Three rules on every job

Price first

You approve a written flat rate before we start. If we’re wrong about the job, that’s on us.

On time, or it’s $50 off

We text a two-hour window and live ETA. Late without warning? You get $50 off the bill.

Clean boots

Shoe covers, drop cloths and a vacuum on every van. We leave your home as we found it.
